WHO WANTS TO DESIGN SOME LOGOS?

Through this journey of powerlifting, we have met some very amazing and talented people. In this case, Nick reached out and really liked the logo that is coming up for our Dec 12, 2026 meet in Las Vegas even though he is proud to be a part of the 2 consistent sell outs in Minnesota and he is also one of the big reasons that we took a chance on bringing our meet experience to Minnesota. He asked if we would be open for a design for our next Minnesota meet in April 2027. Of course we said yes and he did not disappoint.
So with that, he gave us the idea of letting others have the opportunity to put some designs together for our upcoming meets for 2027. If we pick your design, we would like to have your signature at the bottom of the design and you will also be given a t-shirt with your design and signature on it and will be given to you directly at the meet that the design is for.
Does this sound like a cool idea or what? Putting the designs in your hands. We have a game plan for 2027 and are planning anywhere from 2-3 meets each in WI, MN, IA and NV. Please reach out if you are interested in submitting a design that will forever have your name attached to it. Nick came through again. 😉

HARDWORK PAYS OFF!

Nicole and Val have EARNED their spots on Team USA at IPL Worlds in Las Vegas, NV Nov 20-22, 2026. Their hardwork pays off. Even though we are TRULY honored that they are Fry's Fitness sponsored athletes, all of the hardwork, dedication and years and hours of training have got them to this level.
Nicole had the highest dots score of ANYONE at Ultra Nationals this year and has moved her up to #8 in United States Powerlifting Association (USPA) out of over 22,000 female lifters on record for USPA.
Val had the highest McCullough score for all of the drug tested female lifters at Ultra Nationals this year and has multiple National and World titles that she has earned over the years.
Looking forward to seeing both of them represent Team USA and to come back home as World Champs.

If this is the meet that you are training for but have not registered yet, you will need to read this. The break out of the days was scheduled for July 11, 2026. With our current registrations, if we are not to 60 lifters by July 11, 2026, we will announce that the meet will go to a 1 day meet and once we hit 60 registrations, we will close registrations.
We have received so many messages about this meet but wanted to put this out there now so we can still have the opportunity to give back all of the amazing things that were on the registration based off of the amount of registrations, such as a combo rack, kilo plate set and 2 Power Bars. AMAZING WEEKEND OF PASSION!

We are at the point in our lives that we are living our powerlifting journey through each and every person that goes to our meets. This includes the lifters, the refs, the spotters and loaders, and the spectators.
Thank you Blake and Kim, the owners of The Grind in Coleman, WI, for allowing us to host our meet at your gym and for having it ready so early so we can set up and enjoy some time doing things in your town.
We have a small break for a few months and then we are back at it with our huge meet that is bring several states together to see who can go home as the Border Wars champ. Will your state take home the big prize? Guess we will find out.

SCHOOLS OUT, GYMS OPEN!
We have seen an amazing boom in school kids wanting to exercise, lean out, build muscles, etc. Working out can accomplish these things but there is so much more that it does. Builds confidence, helps with mental health, builds relationships with like minded people, etc.
We are still running our 3 month cash summer special until the end of this month. This has been our biggest sale to date with people trying it out to make sure that what we have is for them or not.

5 IS THE MAGIC NUMBER?
5th meet in Vegas, could it be #5 sell out? We already have a descent 1st flight so entries are coming in early. Remember, this is not our typical combo rack sell out meet requirement 2 months ahead of the meet. We are going all the way out until registration closes to get the sell out so we can make sure that another lifter goes home with a Fry's Fitness combo rack. With the way registrations are coming in, it will be early so do not wait and be turned away as we have already had to do at other meets.
There will also be another heartwarming presentation at the end of the meet that you will not want to miss.

Do You Celebrate Milestones?
With several Milestones within reach this year for us, we wanted to know if you Celebrate Milestones.
Powerlifting Milestones to us is something you put way out to hit long term, not your everyday 5lbs pr, your 1 lb weight loss, etc. Do not misinterpret that those things are not important because they still are.
This lift today was going down and with more in the tank. This was a huge milestone set several years ago.
Still on a high from this and ready to see if it can play out on the platform sooner rather than later. Not getting any younger 😆 😂
Don't like to post our lifts because at this point in our lives, it's more important to uplift others. But this one is special. Who wants to see it? 👀
