I completed my Brute Force Sandbag Mile. Did you sign up? Do you need a place to complete the workout? Do you need someone to grind it out with? Get after it and support a great cause at the same time. This is a virtual event so it can be done anywhere at any time. Push your limits because your worth it.

Warrior Dash Wisconsin was a great time. The course delivered on mud. The group started as the three of us, at the finish our little pack had picked up a few others and we enjoyed every moment of adversity thrown at us.

Saturday is the Warrior Dash Wisconsin. If you are doing this event have fun and use that fitness. If you want to do an obstacle course race there are plenty of opportunities in the area throughout the summer and fall, and even winter now. Many are 5k or 3 miles in length so not overwhelming on distance for starting out. If you want to do a race and need help preparing, or need a group to run together let us know, we can help.

Do you want to improve your fitness? Try giving a weakness some attention for two weeks. If running is not your strong suit, try adding a little more in. If you need more strength work, two weeks is a good start. Always add burpees, burpees save lives.
