We think we've found out why we could never get car to come out of corner correctly. Fixed and will know more Wednesday night.

June 6, 2026.... Well we finally got the car to stop overheating, so now we can focus on other issues, which seem to pop up. After the 1st practice session, Corey came in with oil on is pant cuff. Realized it was the Oil pressure line that had a small crack in it under the dash. So rather than trying to replace the line, we just plugged it off the back of the motor, but Corey missed the second practice.

He qualified 11th out of 19 cars.
For Heat, he started on the outside front row, and managed to pick up the heat, but now was saying there was vibration in the car.
We looked but could not find anything. Told him to just run the car.

For the feature we started on the outside of row 5. On the second lap, a car blew and engine going into turn 3. Was a lengthy 25 minute cleanup. On the restart lap, Corey spun in the oil residue on left on the track.
Restarting in the back, a car did not come up to speed and held us back.

Because of the amount of cautions and length of the oil cleanup, the next yellow flag ended the race.
Corey was it, the car he had passed, must've decided he didn't like getting passed and nailed Corey in the rear bumper causing another yellow and the checkered flag to fall. We were running in 6th before the flag, but ended up 10th.

All in all a good night. Overheating issued solved, won the heat, and car is in 1 piece to race another night. Unlike some other cars that did not fare wall.

Thank you so much to our Sponsors.

Little update for May 5, 2026. 1st Race of the season. Came out with high hopes. Car was decent off the trailer. A little loose, but we were able to tighten it up. Car was overheating a little, but checked hoses and found one that was starting to collapse. Replaced that for qualify. Had a decent qualifying effort. 9th out of 19 mods. Started towards back for the heat. Made our way to challenge for the lead, but did not brake at the same time the lead car did and ended up in the back off him, while 2 cars made the pass on the outside. Think we finished 4th in the heat.
Car again showed signs of getting hot.

Started outside pole for the feature and fell back to 5th, when we spun out coming out of turn 2. Corey said temp was at 250. After some discussion over the radios, we figured it would be best to park it for the night, and not put anymore strain on the engine.

Time for a new radiator and redo the front ductwork to live to fight on May 23rd.
