Monday we went out and did some foraging on the homestead. We found chickweed, cleavers and dandelions. We are drying the chickweed and cleavers but we made homemade dandelion honey. It is SUPER yummy 😋

Good afternoon, my name is Jodi and I am the new administrator and property manager of Z.R.U.Homestead and ATV Club. I am very excited to be here. We have lots of things coming in the near future.
