Our first baby of the year finally hit the ground yesterday morning! Beautiful little filly with chrome! Mama was getting some much deserved rest. Keep an eye out for her as she grows up, and stay tuned for the next two mares to foal out.

Last night we had the honor of watching half of our team girls receive the Torch of Excellence academic award for athletes! As teachers and coaches we are so proud of these girls who keep great grades and devote time to the team and the horses. Not everyone made it to the ceremony, but we believe they all still deserve the recognition! Congrats to Kirstin Cockrell, Ruthann Moore, Julianna McCahill, Ava Young, Jayden Wendland, Sophia Pearson, Brooke Springer. And a special congrats to Sage Emery for being the Reedley College Female athlete of the year!! Thank you to all the people who keep these girls healthy and sound, our Athletic Director David Santesteban, Athletic Trainers, Stacey and Jen, Athletic Counselor Javier Renteria, and Beth Murdock! Keep up the great work girls!

Twas the night before Sale day and all through the barn,
The Reedley College Geldings weren't making a peep....
In fact Memphis and Jericho were falling asleep!!

These geldings took their first trip away from home today and they couldn't care less about what was happening around them. From the busy street to being in an arena full of riding horses. They were so confident and calm. Make sure you are coming out to see them TOMORROW at Fresno State Equine Unit! Lunch will be served at 12pm and the sale starts at 2 o'clock!
