The City of Redwood Falls and the Redwood Valley Baseball Association (RVBA) teamed up to make several improvements to Memorial Field in preparation for next spring’s season.

American Legion Post 38 hosted its annual end-of-the-season dinner last night, recognizing all of our Senior and Junior Legion players. We are incredibly grateful to American Legion Post 38 and VFW Post #2553 for their continued commitment and support of our summer baseball programs.

Finally, to all of our sponsors—both longtime supporters and those who joined us this season at Memorial Field—thank you for your generosity and partnership. Your support makes so much of what we do possible, and we truly couldn't do it without you. See you next season.

Redwood Falls Post 38's season came to an end Saturday with a 6-1 loss to Parkers Prairie in the Final Four.

We would like to extend our sincere appreciation to our coaches (Colten Minkel and Branden Flock), players, and parents for their commitment and support all summer.

The Redwood Falls Post 38 Senior Legion team played well but fell 4-0 to Glenwood/Lowry on Thursday night. Post 38 will look to keep its season alive on Saturday when it faces Parkers Prairie in Montevideo at 1:00 p.m.

The Redwood Falls VFW Post #2553-sponsored Junior Legion baseball team concluded its 2026 season with a playoff loss to Minneota last Friday.

More importantly, we would like to extend our sincere appreciation to our sponsor, the Redwood Falls VFW Post #2553, Jerry Ludwig, and Wade Gronau for their continued commitment to supporting youth baseball in our community.

During the team's final home game last Tuesday, fans generously contributed to a free-will donation in support of POW/MIA initiatives. We are grateful to everyone who donated and helped honor those who have served and sacrificed.

For the second time since 2023, the Redwood Falls Post 38 Senior Legion Baseball team has claimed the West Central Southeast Pod championship, defeating BOLD 8–1 on Sunday.

With the victory, Post 38 advances to the Final Four, which begins next Thursday in Montevideo and will decide who moves on to the Legion State Tournament. Post 38 will open tournament play against Glenwood/Lowry at 7:30 p.m.
