To all our new followers - Welcome to Dozen Boxing! 💥🥊 

Dozen is a workout program designed to mimic the Training Camps of world class boxers and combat athletes. Our workout is unlike anything you’ve heard – we utilize immersive audio to help bring your teammates and in-studio experience to you! Throw on your headphones, step into the ring, and let’s !

To supplement the audio, we also have a video companion to help reinforce your technique and ensure that you’ve got the combinations locked in.

Our workout isn’t easy and it isn’t for everyone. That said, as long as YOU want to put in the work, your teammates will be here to help push you every single day.
