Tosetti Institute of MMA & Fitness is now Tosetti Institute of Martial Arts & Fitness!

Paul and Melissa started an incredible school and fostered a great community we’ve all grown to love. We’re all grateful to them for creating such an amazing place. However, it’s not goodbye quite yet. The coaches and several of the long-time students have teamed up to continue the school, with some reorganization and a slightly modified name - the Tosetti Institute of Martial Arts and Fitness. This new school is a volunteer-led, not-for-profit community organization with a focus on personal fitness, strong technique, proper form, and quality instruction. Think of it as a social club where we sometimes hit each other, but only with consent.

We're offering classes in fitness, grappling, and HEMA on Monday and Wednesday, 6-9 pm, at the Sportshouse in Redwood City. If you'd like to join us, contact us through Facebook, the website, or [email protected]. Looking forward to seeing lots of familiar faces as we go along!

World's Coolest Garage Sale!

During Fight Day tomorrow, we will be hosting a "garage sale" in the parking lot in an effort to let go of weapons and equipment before we close our doors at the end of the month.

Most of what will be available is:

* Synthetic and Wooden Wasters
* Fencing Masks
* Boxing Gloves & Headgear
* Kung Fu Weapons
* BOBs
* Pads
* Weight Bench & Weights
* Dumbbells
* Fitness Gear

There will also be FREE items including:

* Couches
* Storage Cubbies
* Other miscellaneous items

If I could beg one favor of those attending and that is your kindnes and patience.

I anticipate tomorrow's Fight Day to be very busy and with adding the "garage sale" there will be an additional level of chaos.

Please be especially kind and patient with Dante who will be managing check in again.

Hello everyone,

It’s with a heavy heart that I share this news: the school’s final day of classes will be Friday, May 30th.

This community - not just our coaches and our students, but all of you who have participated in our events (especially Fight Days) – it has been nothing short of extraordinary, and it’s meant the world to me and Paul.

My deepest hope is that this wonderful community finds a way to carry on in some form.

May 17th’s Fight Day will be particular special this year. I hope you’ll be able to join us.
