And....it's a wrap...for me at least! Huge thanks to the team! Had a ball: worked some, took a few pics, ate a lot of healthy but yummy Riv food, visited with colleague's, tried my first matcha latte (tasted like earth 😆), had some friends come hang and of course I may have partaken in a wee bit of troublemaking! "Omg Ui! Thank you so much for Shannan's appt! Two weeks ago she couldn't sit up at all, without being propped up with having pillows around her neck (while still in pain). She's been in pain for 2 years, trying multiple cures (acupuncturist with and without electro-stimulation, steroid injections twice, physical therapy (specialized and regular) etc.). After her appt. last week, she's been very sore but felt less stiff, overall. Today, the soreness has improved, she was able to drive in the car with minimal pain despite all of the bumps in the road, she was able to sit up in bed much easier and didn't need to logroll out of bed, I can actually put lotion on her neck and back without her wincing and she has much more mobility in her neck🤗🥰🙏🏽" - Shannon's Mom. So I'd say one of the things I hear the most in my practice is: I wish I would have seen you sooner! For myself-we got big results because her other practitioners did all the work-I just fine tuned the fascia. 💪🏼

Part 1 10:05a. Highschool buddy in town for a visit quick visit. He mentioned he has been dealing with shoulder issues. Note: I worked on him years decades ago when my work was 10 times more intense-it helped but he still has ptsd! Lol. As he is here in Cali for fun and has been driving all day visiting sites- he wasn't too keen on the idea of getting worked on. I promised to limit the session to 15 minutes! 🤞🏼

Wrist issues - college tennis player (the cupping marks are from another practitioner). I bought this device a year or two ago-devices over all aren't my thing. I feel for myself and those who I refer out to...the best practitioners I have worked with... are those that work and feel with their hands. I don't know why I buy all the devices I have....as I ALWAYS go back to my hands. This device I never used - it's too big for my paws and I can damage tissue with this way too easily but I thought I'd make a go of it one last time before someone inherits it! Post video- it's a wrap! This device has now been officially retired! That being said I love, love, love this brands little butter knife shaped device

Fun day in full tourist mode! Started at the Broad Museum, checked out the Disney Music Center (where sadly the architect Frank Gehry just passed), worked a few hours then ended up at Top Golf (thank you Rodilyn) where the scores reflected that our table was most definitely the beginners table....:(((....but maaan was it nice to whale on some balls. LA has never looked so clean and pristine as it did today! Beautiful!
