I used to hate lunges... but I’ve learned a few tips are universally helpful along the way. Fight Fatigue with Form. Chin Up, Chest Up, Roll your Shoulders Down and Back, Engage your core, Load the weight into your strongest muscle group and be concentrically explosive, while being eccentrically patient.
Good things will come to those who put a primary focus on the biomechanics of each movement not just the weight in your hands. 💪🏽 -Coach Isaac-
