BEYOND THE SHORE is a non-profit group dedicated to protection and awareness of our oceans, beaches and sea creatures. Our mission is to bring together the community for fun, educational, interactive and transformative experiences around values shared by both our community and us alike - combining stand up paddling, yoga, outdoor sports, meditation, organic plant-based foods, outdoor sports with o

cean awareness and education to protect our oceans, beaches, waves and sea creatures. We live in a beach side community that is heavily populated with watermen, waterwomen, fisherman, boaters and recreational weekend beach go'ers - a huge number of people who enjoy, and often take for granted, the benefits of living so close to the ocean. Many don't realize what a valuable resource it is and how we need to protect and preserve it for future generations. Our goal is to reach our local community, South Bay, and in parents and youth in our community, in the hopes that they will all gain a deeper appreciation for the world's t most valuable resource. We host the Beyond the Shore Paddlefest, harbor and beach cleanups, SUP Ocean Education and other charitable events to make a bigger impact on this challenges our oceans & sea creatures face.
