The Yoga Harbor offers a complete range of yoga and meditation instruction to help busy people live un-busy lives through our motto, "GO WITH THE SLOW." Originally a studio location in Torrance, California, The Yoga Harbor now operates online and in-person throughout the South Bay. We offer:

The Yoga Harbor is owned and operated by Bethany Eanes. Bethany is an extensively trained, practiced yoga teacher with a specialty in mindful living. She comes to this work from her formal education in writing and a lifetime as a competitive athlete. For Bethany, yoga marries the mental athletics with the physical, creating an optimal platform for lifelong health. Bethany has certifications in:
- Addiction Counseling (CAADE)
- Trauma Informed Yoga (Kripalu)
- Yoga for Preschoolers and Persons with Special Needs
- Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction
- Yoga Nidra
- 800+ certified training hours in Hatha / Vinyasa / Yin / Restorative yoga
