The Burpee Mile - USA This is an annual mindset and fitness challenge designed to get people out to spend time in nature with other fitness enthusiasts. Let's all sweat and eat sand!

The Burpee Mile, Hermosa Beach, is an annual event created to challenge fitness enthusiasts of all skill levels. If you are up for a challenge, do it Rx and solo. If you're just looking to have fun on Labor Day weekend, create a team and split the load. The idea is to get people active. The Burpee Mile is a South Bay social engagement to bring together people from all fitness backgrounds, such as

CrossFit, weightlifting, or running, to come together as one Fit Family and show off our fitness on the sands of beautiful Hermosa Beach. All are welcome! For the third year in a row, this event is COMPLETELY FREE. If you have questions, post them. I will also be posting a variety of scaling option videos, as well as the standards video in upcoming weeks. This event is growing exponentially, so now is the time to come down and try it out!
