Many of you have seen this face before on my personal feed- when I dare to share our personal life moments.

His face is truly my favorite adult face for more reasons then just his charm that won me over.

But also because of his PASSION for others.

He has poured hours upon hours into helping others reach their potential physically (and with that seemingly comes mentally too!).

He is a personal trainer and best of human kind.

Just a few years ago, he founded a 501(c)3 nonprofit, Adapt & Triumph.

Adapt & Triumph's mission is "to foster mental and physical health of adaptive athletes both veteran and civilian as they live and train to further their athleticism. We strive to break barriers of elite athletes and showcase abilities for the future of sports for all adaptive athletes."

He has continued to train and pour his heart into others through this mission.

To help make Joe's Christmas and New Year wish come true- I am helping him host a Fundraiser party where a portion of the profits are donated back to Adapt & Triumph.
