William, at 78 kg bodyweight, presses 101 kg overhead for a hard-earned single.

It’s a long road of persistent, focused training to press your bodyweight — let alone 1.25x bodyweight. This kind of strength isn’t built on shortcuts. It’s built rep by rep, session by session.

A steady climb to uncommon strength.

2025 Weightlifting Nationals Round Three (U25 69kg)

Round three wrapped with Natalie, and what a finish. We had a clear plan going into Nationals, and she executed it on the platform. What more could you ask for?

Natalie’s Nationals story wasn’t just about numbers. It was about presence.

Every attempt reflected the parts of her that show up when it matters most. She performed under pressure, stayed quietly centered, and delivered on her vision.

Focused, composed, and fiercely capable, Natalie showed up when it counted. We walk away learning every time we compete, and embrace what we can adjust, because sometimes, that’s just how the bar lands.

2025 Weightlifting Nationals - Round Two (U25 69kg)

Round Two brings up Alexis. Lexi hand great session-to-session consistency on her training leading up to Nationals.

Alexis put together a composed and powerful showing at 2025 Weightlifting Nationals, going 5/6 with precision and poise. . Quiet in the back room, fierce on the platform. Alexis continues to build a foundation of consistent excellence, and this meet was a major step forward. We are happy for her, and what comes next!

2025 Weightlifting Nationals - Round One (U17 63kg)

Our week started with Sadie. We had many great training days leading up to our Nationals prep, and plenty of good vibes.

Sadie approached every lift with quiet intensity and unshakable focus. Each attempt reflected the work she’s put in—she came to compete, not just show up. And she did it all while juggling club volleyball season!

Real growth happens at the margins of our experiences, and Sadie keeps pushing that edge forward with every training cycle and every meet. We love this for her.
