🧡 OCTOBER INSTRUCTOR OF THE MONTH 🧡

This month, we’re celebrating our queen of committing to the theme, knowing more facts about the music she plays in class than anyone you know, and being the ultimate team player. We are so excited to celebrate Emily G! 🎉

To know Emily is to love her! She always goes the extra mile to make every rider feel seen, remembered, and celebrated, no matter how big or small the moment. From the thoughtful details to the unforgettable experiences she curates, Emily brings so much heart, energy, and intention into everything she does. We are beyond grateful to have her as part of our team and can’t imagine the studio without her!

Make sure to show Emily some extra love the next time you see her around the studio! 🫶 And mark your calendars for Monday, 10/26 at 7:00 PM as we celebrate her with a special team ride! Stay tuned to see who she picks as member of the month 👀❤️

We love you, Emily! 🧡✨

💘 MEMBER OF THE MONTH: EMILY BROWN 💘

This month, we’re shining the spotlight on someone who brings so much positivity, kindness, and love into our studio. ✨

“ I chose Emily because she always has such a bright energy that she brings to class. Since I started teaching a year ago (eeeek 🎉), she has shown up to almost all of my classes and given me incredible support as an instructor and as an individual. She takes the time to get to know other members as well as the instructors, and goes out of her way to help others in class. She is such a gem and naturally presents with so much love and encouragement. Emily makes me feel seen and heard in and out of classes and I absolutely love having her around. 💕” - Taylor

Emily, thank you for being such a beautiful part of our CBRTC community and for bringing your energy into the studio every time you ride. We appreciate you more than you know! 💘🚲✨

Let’s give Emily some love in the comments, and don’t miss our team ride this Tuesday at 6:00am where we will celebrate both Emily and Taylor! ❤️‍🔥

💐 INSTRUCTOR OF THE MONTH: TAYLOR! 💐

Help us celebrate our amazing Taylor, our September Instructor of the Month! ❤️✨This month is extra special because Taylor is also celebrating her one year teaching anniversary! 🎉

From teaching bright & early and helping everyone start their day on the right note, to always showing up with the most positive energy and jumping in to sub whenever she can, Taylor truly embodies what it means to be a team player. She’s a true gem, and we’re so lucky that she’s a member of our community.

We’re so happy we get to celebrate Taylor this month - join us on 9/29 at 6:00am for a team ride with her and stay tuned to see who our member of the month is! ❤️‍🔥

“We don’t just throw songs into a playlist and call it a day.

I’m really thinking about the whole ride when I’m putting it together. Like, when do you need me to push you? When do you need to take a breath? When do you just need a song that makes you feel really good? The music kind of takes you through the whole thing.”

- Jules Peckinpah ❤️✨

🌻 MEMBER OF THE MONTH: LINDSAY M 🌻

If you know Lindsay, you know exactly why she’s been nominated by Emily M as member of the month! 💛 She’s someone who genuinely cares about the people around her and always takes the time to get to know you. She’s the kind of person who checks in, cheers everyone on, and makes every class feel a little brighter just by being there. ✨

Lindsay brings so much light, joy, and camaraderie to our community, and she’s truly one of those people who makes you feel supported and seen. She’s also a HARD worker on the bike, and let’s just say she has gone through a few pairs of shoes maxing out on gear. 😂🔥

To know Lindsay is to love her. We’re so lucky to have you in our community, Lindsay.💛🌻 Congrats on being our member of the month, drop some love for her below and say hi to her at the studio! 🎉

🧡 STAFF SPOTLIGHT 🧡

Over the weekend, our Assistant Manager, Briana, completed the Fred Hutch Obliteride alongside her dad and CBRTC member, Jon! 🚴‍♀️🚴‍♂️

Obliteride is an annual cycling event benefiting Fred Hutch Cancer Center, bringing people together to raise funds for groundbreaking cancer research and help create a future free from cancer. 🎗️

“My dad and I completed the Fred Hutch Obliteride this past weekend! We went 51.8 miles with over 2,800 ft in elevation. We also raised over $2,500 as a team contributing to the total fundraising amount of $7 million for cancer research! I wouldn’t have been able to do it without the love and support of everyone at the studio 💕” - Briana Tuvey

We are SO proud of you both! Drop them some love in the comments below 💪
