Hi FM Elite Families,
Our new training schedule is officially LIVE (https://qrco.de/beYbWx?trackSharing=1) ! RSVP your availability ASAP...
After months of planning and preparation, we’re incredibly excited to begin this next chapter of FM Elite. Our new home gives us the opportunity to offer more training availability, smaller groups, a stronger player pathway, and an environment built around development.
OUR NEW HOME 📍
17725 NE 65th St, Suite B255
Redmond, WA 98052
Located on the backside of Marymoor Park.
NEW FACILITY PROGRESS
A lot has been happening behind the scenes to get our new home ready.
We recently removed walls to open up the training space, and the initial painting was completed over the weekend. Over the next several weeks, we will continue to see the facility come together:
Painting: Initial work completed, with finishing touches underway
Gym Equipment: Scheduled to arrive and be installed over the next couple of weeks
Turf: Ordered and expected to arrive during the last week of August
Turf Installation: Scheduled to begin the first week of September
Training Resumes: September 21st
We’re confident in our September 21st return, but there is still a possibility we could be ready even sooner.
We’ll continue sharing progress as the space transforms!
5 DAYS OF TRAINING. EVERY WEEK.
With our new home comes our biggest expansion in training availability yet.
FM Elite sessions will now be available:
MONDAY • TUESDAY • FRIDAY • SATURDAY • SUNDAY
We’ve intentionally structured the week to better serve athletes at different stages of the FM Elite pathway:
Mondays + Tuesdays — Primarily entry-level groups, developing players, and athletes joining us for trial sessions
Fridays — Greater availability for our more consistent and advanced players
Saturdays + Sundays — A wider variety of groups, levels, and training opportunities
The schedule and groupings currently posted are preliminary and have been built around the demand and attendance patterns we’ve seen over the past 12 months.
If there is a different day or time that would work significantly better for your family, please let us know. As we see demand develop, we’re open to adjusting or adding sessions when it makes sense and serves the greater FM Elite community.
SMALLER GROUPS. MORE DEVELOPMENT.
We are reducing our maximum session size in our Pathway Sessions from 5 players to just 4.
Our small-group environment has always been a major part of the FM Elite methodology (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1Fa8A85qwpJ8u-vAcaem-je0GFrd4_0J-/view?fbclid=PAcGRvZgJleHRuA2FlbQIxMQBzcnRjBmFwcF9pZA85MzY2MTk3NDMzOTI0NTkAAaedeW5q_mbZNur-G9aXryUIBezi30QmezJZfVkdcbSBIfCZGMRvxK2wX4qWWA_aem_2HRBZQ8K9dlXFTBHYqmurw) . Reducing that number even further creates a stronger player-to-coach ratio, more individual feedback, more meaningful repetitions, and greater opportunities to tailor each session to the players in front of us.
Over the next few days, our staff will be reviewing player profiles and training history to identify athletes who are ready to advance into the next competitive-level group.
If you believe your player may have been missed, please give us through the end of the weekend before reaching out. We want to take the time to thoughtfully review each athlete.
MORE WAYS TO DEVELOP — COMING IN NOVEMBER
And our expanded weekly schedule is only the beginning.
Starting in November, we plan to introduce a new series of FM Elite focused clinics designed around specific skills and situations players encounter within the game.
Clinic topics will include areas such as:
Defending
Heading & Aerial Duels
Finishing
Position-specific skills
And more
These clinics will complement our regular small-group sessions by giving athletes opportunities to spend concentrated time developing specific areas of their game.
We’ll share more details, clinic topics, and registration information as we get closer to November.
The goal of our new home isn’t simply to train more often, it’s to continue building a more complete development pathway for our athletes.
YES — STUDDED BOOTS ARE ALLOWED 👟
Another exciting benefit of our new home: studded boots WILL be allowed.
Because we’re training on artificial turf, however, we recommend AG boots over FG boots, with turf boots also being a great option.
Whenever possible, we recommend avoiding FG boots on artificial surfaces to help minimize unnecessary stress on the joints, muscles, and ligaments.
