Sometimes life requires us to take a leap of faith, and opening Sutra was definitely one of those leaps. We knew that if we believed and trusted, the rest would follow. We knew you would be there and find us when you needed us, and all we needed to do was open the doors.

One of our instructors, Larissa, says the “hardest part of your practice is just showing up, the rest follows.” We feel that. The hardest part is often the jump, but trust yourself to show up when you need to.
