October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and we’re hosting “Glow & Flow “ Sculpt Class.

Glow in the dark and move together with Amy for a good cause. 🎀 The class is free with RSVP and donation-based, so give what you can! All proceeds support Pride Retreat and Metavivor, two orgs. that support women with breast cancer.

Wear pink, bright neon colors to the class! We’ll have glowsticks and temp. tattoos for everyone 🩷

Mark it down Flow Fam. Our SIXTH annual “Problems from the Crypt” is back, and it’s the funnest night on the Flowstone calendar. 🎃

NEW this year. We’re kicking it off with a Trunk or Treat right in our parking lot before the event for our little ghouls. Members, families, & local businesses, we hope you can join!

Decorated trunks. Candy. Costumes. Bone-chillin’ sends. All the fright-tastic in one night. Stick around as doors open at 6:00 for Problems from the Crypt VI.
