Athlete Shout Out!! Nathan Reyes committed his summer to Peak Athletics and had some amazing results!! Nate weighed in 6/10/26 at 155 pounds and 8/10/26 at 168 pounds!! Nate added 13 pounds of pure muscle and increased all of his Maxes while also improving his footwork and agility!! Nate posted a Deadlift at 430 pounds, Squat at 365 pounds and Bench at 215. Nate is my lightest athlete to join the 1000 POUND CLUB!!! LETSSS GOOO!!!! That’s hard work, commitment, focus and dedication paying off. Athlete Shout Out!! JR Mora has been absolutely CRUSHING IT this summer!! JR made the commitment to gain strength and put on some size and muscle this summer and he did just that! Weighing in June 10th at 165 pounds and today Aug 12th at 187 POUNDS!! That’s dedication and hard work. JR’s maxes went up dramatically on every single lift while improving his agility and footwork.
