Inland Valley Force is dedicated to providing a competitive and affordable club program with high-level technical skills training in a positive environment

Our Club Philosophy

We are committed to ensuring that every Force athlete has a positive experience that fuels their love of volleyball and competition. We focus on the process over outcomes; in other words our top priority is always striving to improve and giving each athlete the feedback and tools to help them improve as a volleyball athlete and person every day. While we do provide our athlete

s with high level volleyball training, it is equally important that they learn life lessons that will stay with them long after their volleyball career comes to an end. Our coaches are mentors, role models, and above all, teachers. We teach our athletes the game of volleyball including all aspects of skills training, tactical knowledge, and match strategies. Additionally we teach our athletes to be disciplined, compete and train at full effort, be a positive and supportive teammate, be a problem solver, push beyond their comfort zone, and compete with confidence and enthusiasm.

Coach Madie! 🏐
Entering her 6th year with Force, Madie brings versatile experience across both club and high school levels—now serving as the Varsity Head Coach at Grand Terrace High School!
A true all-around player who competed as a setter, opposite, and libero, Madie’s playing career spanned Grand Terrace HS, Riverside City College (indoor & beach), and Providence Christian College. She was also honored with the Orange Empire Conference Character Championship Award in 2018. We’re excited to have her energy in the gym with our 16s! 🙌

Coach Kim! 🏐
IV Force Co-Club Director with 16 years of coaching experience! From taking teams to Nationals to coaching Redlands HS, Kim focuses on sharp technique and strong mental toughness for every athlete. 💪

Coach Corinne Flowers! She is the Redlands HS Varsity Head Coach with 222+ wins, 4 consecutive CBL titles, and 16 years of coaching experience! A former U of R Volleyball Captain, 2x NCAA National Champ (Water Polo), and starting her 21st year as an educator, Corinne is passionate about developing whole, confident athletes. 💥

Savannah Cox brings an incredible wealth of collegiate recruiting knowledge to IV Force! Savannah is entering her 10th season of college coaching. She is currently the Head Coach at the University of Redlands, where she recently led the Bulldogs to their best season since 2009, including an epic upset over the undefeated No. 1 team in the nation and their first SCIAC Tournament win in 15 years!
A former NCAA Division II dual-sport athlete (Volleyball & Track) and record-holding middle blocker at Brevard College, Savannah has built a solid record as a recruiting coordinator across multiple states and divisions. We are thrilled to have her leadership and expertise in the gym! 🙌

🏐Coach Kim! 🏐
With 16 years of coaching experience, Kim serves as Co-Club Director at IV Force. From leading Redlands High School JV for the past 7 years to taking Force’s top 18s team to Nationals, she’s dedicated to building technical skills and mental toughness on and off the court.
A former 2x MVP All-League libero and CBU Kinesiology grad, Kim loves empowering young athletes to build confidence and overcome self-doubt. 🎉

🏐 Coach Jamie Hofman! 🏐
Currently the assistant coach at Cal Baptist University and former Head Coach at Hope International University, Jamie brings an incredible legacy to Force. Her background includes serving as Head Beach & Assistant Indoor Coach at RCC (2018 OEC Coach of the Year) and playing for the USA Women’s National Team alongside an extensive international pro career across Europe and Puerto Rico.🙌

Entering her 16th year of coaching volleyball, Corinne brings a full resume to IV Force! As the Redlands High Varsity Head Coach (15 years, 222 wins, and 4 consecutive Citrus Belt League titles), she’s known for building championship teams and developing strong, confident young women.
A former dual-sport NCAA athlete at U of R (Volleyball Captain & 2x Water Polo National Champ), Corinne also has collegiate coaching experience in both volleyball and water polo at the University of Redlands that she brings to Force.

🎉Happy Birthday Coach Brittney Amey 🎉

We are thrilled to announce the Coach Brittney will be joining Force to coach our 14s this year.

With over a decade of club coaching experience, Brittney Amey has coached athletes at every stage of development, including leading her 18s team to a gold medal Junior Nationals. She also spent five years coaching at Mt. San Antonio College, and is entering her sixth season as head varsity coach of the indoor and beach volleyball programs at Arrowhead Christian Academy. Under her leadership, ACA captured its first CIF Division Championship in school history in 2023 and returned to the CIF Finals in 2025.

Growing up in a family of high-level athletes, Brittney developed a love for sports and competition at an early age. She went on to become a four-year starting setter at UC Riverside before playing professionally in Köniz, Switzerland.

Brittney is passionate about developing the whole athlete. She believes success is built through skill development, strong character, healthy habits, and a Christ-centered foundation. She and her husband homeschool their two children and are committed to investing in the next generation both on and off the court.
