Established in 1998
Ultimate Kickboxing & Fitness started out in 1998 as a cardio kickboxing class based out of a karate studio in Redlands. studio and added 37 150lb heavy bags. Before taking over Ultimate Kickboxing & Fitness in 2006, the studio mainly catered to Cardio Kickboxing Enthusiasts. Since then Monique developed these classes and added them to our schedule. The Core Interval Class evolved and grew naturally from the well thought out design of two of my instructor trainers Tom and Ian. After this high intensity, strength and cardio class was presented to me, I immediately added it to our schedule. I am always open to new ideas and suggestions. My staff and I strive to assist all clients and members in reaching and exceeding their personal health and fitness goals though continued growth and development of our classes and equipment. Congratulations to all of our raffle winners!

Each month, our Kettlebell Fat Loss & Strength participants take on new challenges designed to keep them motivated, engaged, and progressing in different ways. From nutrition and lifestyle habits to fitness-focused goals, every challenge is an opportunity to build stronger routines and celebrate growth along the journey.

Today marks the final class of our 2026 program, and we couldn’t be more proud of everything our members have accomplished. We’re excited to celebrate even more progress, recognize more winners, and finish this program strong together! 💪

Phase 2 of our Kettlebell Fat Loss & Strength Program is officially complete—and the progress has been incredible 💪
Our Beginner group continued building a strong foundation, refining kettlebell presses, goblet squats, get-ups, rows, and back step lunges. This phase introduced increased weight with decreased reps, allowing them to safely build strength while improving technique.
Our Advanced group continued their progression block with barbell deadlifts, bridge presses, goblet squats, gorilla rows, and Turkish get-ups, while also adding kneeling windmills, side lunges, Spanish squats, and tuck & extends to further challenge strength and stability.
Across the board, participants are getting stronger, increasing weight safely, and continuing to prioritize proper form and technique—which is the foundation of long-term success.
🚀 April so far:
Phase 3 is introducing kettlebell snatches, and taking things to the next level.
We’re excited to see this group continue to grow stronger, more confident, and more capable each phase!
