*What's the Rockwood Box like? It's fine. Go right at Mandatory Thrashing, paddle through 5 or 6 more rapids, then takeout on the right. Big white sign, can't miss it. Oh, and the hike out f-ing sucks.

Low water lake rolling—a hot new fad! Pro tip: Gross out your friends and onlookers by rolling in shallow, algae-ridden lakes. Don’t worry! That fishy smell will definitely stick around long enough to ensure people stay at least 6ft away for a few days at least.
