Happy New Year! Foundations: Gymnastics & Movement is one year old today!! 🥳🎉🥳

As I prepare to officially open for business and create the healing and community building space I strive for, I want to thank the families that have been along for the ride. Your passion and commitment is what has kept me going and I am grateful to you all.

My wish aligns with this song- May This Body Be A Bridge by Te Martin. Here is an early rehearsal for the Orange Drop event last night. Thank you to the Redlands Chamber of Commerce for getting us involved.

Families, you were just as integral to the success of this event as the performers! I deeply appreciate your flexibility and involvement. We are a team and you have made it so.

Sadly, many of our performance team fell ill just before the show and their presence was felt, although they were missed! I’ll post some practice videos next to show off their hard wrk!
