Been back to working out consistently for 2 months now it's been great 💪💪💪 My hand and wrist injury is as good as it will get.... Never take what your body can do for granted... when something is taken away from you you will realize what you have been taking for granted 💜💜💜

With some gyms having lines there is no excuses to not workout still!!! I drove by Fitness 19 and where I live I won't stand in 50° windy weather (not going to get sick) so, I proceeded to drive back home and do a quick HIIT workout 💪 Get it in whenever and wherever possible!!!

So here is goes.... Been thru a lot the past 5-6 weeks... My comp went out the window and I just kinda went rogue 😒

My DUI hit in March really messed up my shoulder it's still bothering me a lot and never healed so I am pretty sure I was going to hard in the gym without first figuring out if my shoulder was fully recovered.... You can always be careful but sometimes you need to step back and take a good hit in order to get yourself back in alignment.....

I will not be competing anytime soon have injuries I need to take care of and figure out first but I will never stop training (for long at least) 💪 I have my lower half and abs so going to be back at it 😜😜😜
