Come in this weekend for new prices!

When we first opened, we compared prices of big places and went with prices that were slightly lower. Even with prices lower than places like Indy, Fishers, and Fort Wayne, we still feel like we aren’t serving our community the best. We want to give you the best experience and at a great price!

When looking around, no one else is offering rent by bay. It’s the norm to charge per person. That doesn’t sit right with us so we decided to try something different.
