With Longevity in mind as the number one priority, flexibility, strength, mobility, mental strength and quality foods for healthy nutrition are used to achieve years of enjoyment, free of pain. Having experienced injury himself, it is well understood the need for a strong mobile body, with all the proper nutrients to heal and repair the body.
