Over the last few years, I've learned that you don't always have to buy something new when something breaks. Sometimes all it takes is a little creativity and a few minutes of your time!

Here's one of my little fixes on a feed bucket. The handle popped right out of the plastic, so I grabbed a little piece of wire, twisted it around, made myself a hook, and just like that... back in business!

Why throw it away when you can fix it? Especially with the price of water buckets these days! 😂

Farm life has taught me one thing: A little ingenuity goes a long way, and if you can fix it instead of buying another one, that's money saved! ♻️🔧🐖

Farm life tip of the day! 😂

One way to get those water troughs crystal clean is to simply turn the water on and let it run for 3–4 hours. Walk away, get busy with a few other chores, and then completely forget you even turned it on! 🤦‍♀️😂

Sure, you might have wasted a little water, but on the positive side, when you finally remember, you've got yourself a CRYSTAL CLEAN WATER TROUGH! 💦🤣

Sometimes farm life is all about looking at the bright side!

Now that's a piece of American history! 🤠

The original Arby's Big Hat sign is iconic. Pretty amazing that fewer than 100 of those giant neon cowboy hats are still standing.

A little piece of the Old West mixed with fast-food history!

Definitely makes you appreciate seeing one of these old landmarks still around! ❤️

Happy Saturday, everyone! ☀️🌻

It's time to slow down, enjoy the day, soak up a little sunshine, and remember to let that kid in you come out and play! Don't get so caught up in being an adult that you forget how to laugh, be silly, have fun, and enjoy the little things.

Life isn't just about responsibilities and checking things off the list. Sometimes it's about making memories, enjoying the moment, and letting your inner child run wild!

Never lose that childlike spirit! ❤️🤠🌾

Have a wonderful Saturday!

Some days you just need to step away from all the noise, find a little peace and quiet, and take a moment to reflect on yourself.

Enjoy the beauty of what's around you, breathe in some fresh air, clear your mind, and just let your soul recharge.

Sometimes the best detox isn't something you drink or take… it's simply unplugging from the world and enjoying a little peace. 🌿☀️

Morning feeding turned into a little water-barrel rodeo! 😂🐷

I checked the water and noticed it was low, so I had to run up to the house. Well, apparently Rosie and Elsa decided that was the perfect opportunity to cause a little trouble.

By the time I got back, they had managed to knock the entire water barrel over!

Now, mind you, this barrel is STRAPPED DOWN! 🤦‍♀️😂

I guess somebody forgot to tell these two that they're supposed to drink the water, not dismantle the water system! 🐷🤣

Never a dull moment with PIGS!!!🐖

Funny how that works!

When you're working every day, you're counting down the hours until Friday.

But when you've been off most of the week, Friday sneaks up on you like, "Wait a minute... where did the week go?"

I guess time really does fly when you're enjoying the good life! 🤣
