New Boxing class Schedule For HSB ⬇️ 🥳🥊
Tuesday & Thursdays 4:30pm & 5:45pm
The 4:30pm class will be more advanced boxing drills & 5:45pm will be more cardio fitness boxing.
4:30pm = 7-10 minute warm up followed by 6 rounds (Rounds will not always be on bags)
5:45pm = 3 rounds of abs followed by 6 rounds (3 combo rounds 3 burn out rounds in bags)
Gym is 24/7 access now for ONLY $30/month

Starting next week we will be adding 3 NEW Adult classes 🎉 Youth will now have the option to take adult classes! With that being said our expectations are that the kids that come in for classes give a good effort to grow in boxing and stay focused for the duration of the class. This will strongly benefit the kids that take this sport serious and we will have to hold the standard for it to be for the serious kids also as it can not deteriorate the want for adults to do classes... If kids don’t want to take classes that’s fine! They can do open gym still Tuesdays & Thursdays 4:00pm-4:30pm for $30/month!!
Also a Adult 24/7 access membership with no classes is now ONLY $30/month!!! Class membership is $50/month single, Family of 2 $80/month and Family 3-5 $100/month!

Every Wednesday night at 6:30 PM in May Coach Alex is going to put together run groups at different locations in Red Wing Minnesota to explore the beautiful local trails! Alex will post Wednesday mornings on our business page at 8am every week where we are running that night! Members or non gym members feel free to join in on the fun! You can go for 30 minutes or go for 2 hours, that’s up to you! Just show up and have some fun thats what it is all about 💯
