Did you know your gut microbiome plays a vital role in your metabolism and weight?

It helps with digestion, nutrient absorption, and energy extraction. Imbalance can lead to poor nutrient absorption, irregular insulin levels causing abnormal blood sugar, increased energy uptake leading to weight gain, and even chronic inflammation which can onset some not very friendly health conditions! Keep your microbiome healthy, eat a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, and fiber. Exercise regularly and consider getting the help you need to find out where the issue is stemming from.

What are your weight loss goals?

If you have weight loss on your to-do list, it’s time to structure your weight-loss plan. The reason being, successful and sustainable weight-loss strategies require careful planning and time.

There are several factors to consider:
What are your weight goals? What dietary choices are you willing to make? Are you willing to track your calorie intake? When are you willing to schedule your workouts, and how long are you willing to devote to exercising? What specific exercises are you willing to engage in?

These are very important questions only you can answer. Plan your to-do list around what you are realistically willing to do.
