But honestly? We think it's dreaming about summer tourism! It's been a long time since it's seen any hikers, mountain bikers, and sunshine seekers. The mountains are absolutely beautiful right now. So glad Capo’s here in Red River is finally back open! 🍕 We are celebrating the occasion with an incredible, authentic Capo’s pizza tonight.

Officially, there are two of us eating... but realistically, it might be three, judging by the intense stare-down happening from the floor right now. 🐶👀

The best part of the evening? We made sure to have plenty left over for tomorrow morning. When it comes down to it, the only breakfast pizza truly worthy of the title is Capo's!
