✨ Thinking about trying barre for the first time? Here’s what to expect at your first class! ✨
Walk in wearing workout clothes you feel comfortable moving in — leggings, tanks, tees, whatever makes you feel good! Grip socks are a bonus, and don’t forget your water bottle 💧
You’ll use fun, simple props like light weights, resistance bands, mini balls, and of course the ballet barre — mostly for balance and support (no dance experience needed 😉).
You might hear a few French ballet terms sprinkled in class, but don’t panic — I’ll guide and explain everything along the way! Barre blends movements inspired by ballet, Pilates, yoga, and strength training into one amazing full-body workout.
