The Grand Forks Huskies are proud to welcome Robert Lawrence to the roster.

A lifelong student of the game, Robert has built an impressive basketball résumé at every level. During his three-year varsity high school career, he scored 1,800 points while earning numerous honors, including First Team All-State (Unanimous), Region 4 Player of the Year, Class B Player of the Year, MVP, Lions All-Star, and Mr. Basketball Runner-Up.

He continued his success at Lake Region State College, where he became the second all-time leading scorer, earned Mon-Dak All-Conference honors both seasons, was named Conference MVP as a sophomore, and received NJCAA All-American recognition.

Robert then starred at Mayville State, averaging 27 points per game, earning multiple Player of the Week honors, recording several 40-point performances, and exploding for 50 points against the nation’s 10th-ranked team.

Even after college, his passion for the game never slowed. Robert has continued competing in tournaments across the country while using his experience to mentor and inspire the next generation of basketball players.

Youth Tournament update:
We have 7 teams in our HS boys division, with room for 1 more.
The MS Boys division has 5 teams registered, room for 3 more.

The other divisions have 2 or 3 teams, so we are hoping to get a few more in each of those divisions.
Deadline is May 1 to register, come join us for an awesome day of youth hoops 🏀 🔥 🏅
