Join Design Fitness at the city-wide yard sale tomorrow from 7am to 1pm. Explore a vast selection of items from Darla Hollmann, Jennifer Langrehr, and Emily Grohmann, including kids' clothing, toys, home decorations, a kids' picnic table, cricket machine, wrapping paper, picture frames, men's and women's clothing, and bedding items. The sale will feature an array of Longaberger Pottery items, including green plate sets, cookie jar and mixing bowls. This event will also benefit Carolyn Graves, (whose husband is a retired pastor at the UCC church in Red Bud) is fighting cancer. If you'd like to donate, please visit Design Fitness. I apologize for being slightly late with this post, but I believe it's worth reading. DF's 75 soft program, which ran from January 29th to April 2nd, was a great success. The 17 clients who signed up showed incredible commitment, with 15 completing the challenge and two dropping out due to health issues.
Not only did participants lose weight and inches, but they also supported each other throughout the 75 days, often planning workouts together and attending extra sessions.
DF provided a daily workout plan, which clients could follow at their convenience. Some even chose to attend twice daily.
This challenge proved to participants that they can achieve great things when prioritizing their health. Let's not forget that many of us know someone affected by serious health conditions like Cancer, MS, Parkinson's, or had a life-altering injury.
Let's make the most of the 1 life God gave us and prioritize our health.
