Northern California Guide Service Since 1985 Fishing Report July 24 2026. King Salmon fishing,Striped Bass, Wild Rainbow Trout and Steelhead.
Sacramento River King Salmon fishing is good from Colusa to Woodson Bridge. Lots of salmon showing throughout the river. King Salmon Fishing opens August 1 From Woodson Bridge to Deschutes Bridge and is expected to be very good lots of Salmon holding in all the deep holes. Striped bass fishing is very good from Wards Landing,Colusa,Butte City,Ord Bend and Woodson Bridge. Wild Raibow Trout is excellent from Red Bluff to Redding. Steelhead is ok with a few fish being caught from Red Bluff to Redding.
Feather River King Salmon is very good lots of salmon throughout the river from Oroville to Yuba City. Striped Bass fishing is good from Oroville outlet to Yuba City. Rainbow Trout and Steelhead is good from Oroville low flow to Yuba City.
