2. I understand the potential dangers that I could incur in mounting, riding, walking, boarding, f
eeding said horse; including, but not limited to: any interactions with other horses. I understand those risks, & I release Run 4 Love, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees & anyone else directly or indirectly connected with Run 4 Love from any liability whatsoever in the event of injury or damage of any nature (or perhaps even death)to me or anyone else caused by or incidental to my electing to mount & ride a horse.
4. I understand & recognize & warrant that this Release & Hold Harmless Agreement, is being voluntarily & intentionally signed & agreed to, and that in signing this Release & Hold Harmless Agreement I know and understand that this Release & Hold Harmless Agreement may further limit the liability of equine professionals to include any activity, whatsoever, involving an equine, including death, personal injury and/or damage to property.
5. I recognize & agree that I know which equine professional(s) I will be working with, and acknowledge that I agree said equine professional(s) has/have made reasonable & prudent efforts to determine my ability to engage in the equine activity, and has/have sufficient knowledge of my equine & horseback riding skills as to relieve, release & hold harmless said equine professional(s) from any continuing duty to monitor my equine activities.
6. I further voluntarily agree & warrant to Release & Hold Harmless this (these) equine professional(s) from any liability whatsoever, including, but not limited to, any incident caused by or related to said equine professional s (s ) negligence, relating to injuries known, unknown, or otherwise not herein disclosed; including, but not limited to, injuries, death or property damage from: mounting; riding; dismounting; walking; grooming; feeding; use of horse barn, paddock, trails or horse ring, in any capacity; falling off horse whether horse is bucking, flipping, spooked; or my failure to understand any equine professional s directions relating to my riding or otherwise use and control, or lack thereof, of my horse or the horse I have been assigned to. Also, by attending any races during COVID-19 I understand that Run 4 Love Barrel Racing, and its producers, workers, owners and helpers are not held reliable. Date: _____________________________

RUN 4 LOVE BARREL RACING RULES AND GUIDELINES
Run4Love races are a 4D format.
4D: Fastest Time=1D
Fast time plus .5 sec.=2D
Fast Time plus 1.0 sec.=3D
Fast time plus 2.0 sec.=4D
Side-pot (if there is one) is based on a two-run average with 2D /1 second 3D/2 seconds 4D 2 seconds. ENTRIES/CO-SANCTIONS/MEMBERSHIPS
Entry fees are left to the discretion of the race producers. Co-Sanctions must be paid at time of entry BEFORE race starts! It is the rider s responsibility to put any and all co-sanction numbers or pending on entry. Horses may only be entered once at any given Run 4 Love race. Re-runs are not allowed except in the event of a timer malfunction. In that case, the rider has the choice to re-run or receive a refund of entry fees. Membership dues are $50.00 annually. Little Tykes $20. You must be membered to be eligible for awards. Memberships are for the sole purpose of covering expenses throughout the season such as insurance, awards and added money. There will be NO year-end finals. Little Tykes are 10 years old or younger. They CANNOT compete in any other category class at any time during the current year. Once you Little Tykes competes one time in Open, they cannot go back to entering Little Tykes. HELMETS ARE MANDATORY AT ALL TIMES ON HORSEBACK. For Insurance purposes, Non-members who use the arena for riding only and are not entered in the competition must pay a $10 fee AND must sign a release of liability waiver. Any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a legal parent or guardian who is required to sign a release of liability waiver for the underaged participant no matter if entered or just riding during said event. TIME ONLIES
Time Onlies are 1 time (60 seconds) through the pattern per ticket at $5.00 each. Time onlies are to be paid for BEFORE entering at the gate, NOT TO BE PAID WITH ENTRY!**Please avoid any obvious and deliberate overage of the ONE time through the pattern. Obvious misuse may result in a $5 fine, payable prior to competition. **
DRAW OUT
50% of your entry fee is non-refundable for any person who draws out for any reason other than illness or injury to horse or rider. Final determination left to producers discretion. There is a $35 fee for any returned checks. DRESS CODE If enforcing a dress code, it must be advertised. Dress code is: Long sleeve button up collared shirt (unless other specified), Cowboy hat or Helmet and boots. VENDORS
Vendors must contact and arrange BEFORE treating and or setting up a booth with Kasi! The fee for vendors is $50.00 a day plus something donated to awards (unless otherwise agreed on). RULES & REGULATIONS
3 calls for rider; turn out if not present and no refund of entry fees. THERE ISN'T A TIME LIMIT TO GET PROBLEM HORSES IN TO ARENA. We are very patient, and like to get everyone a fair shot! Knocked down barrels are no times. Breaking forward motion is a no time. Time starts and stops when rider crosses the timing line. No schooling horses during competition runs (no circling barrel twice) Such action results in $25 fine, to be paid before rider competes again.
**ABUSE OF ANY ANIMAL WHILE IN AREA GOVERNED BY RUN4LOVE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND MAY RESULT IN DISQUALIFICATION BY THE PRODUCER AND SUSPENSION BY RUN 4 LOVE. ANY NEGATIVE SITUATION SHALL BE BROUGHT TO THE PRODUCERS ATTENTION IMMEDIATELY. THE PRODUCERS DECISION IS FINAL. If you come to a race amidst COVID-19, Run 4 Love Barrel Racing is NOT responsible, nor can be held responsible for anything. Social Distancing will be put into place but it is up to attendees to follow through on rules and regulations! It is mandatory that all members, owners, producers, or affiliates of Run 4 Love including immediate friends and family members, will observe an attitude of professionalism, good sportsmanship and courtesy to others at all times. Anyone in violation will be assessed a $25 fine and may face suspension or expulsion. Member may not compete until fine is paid. All complaints shall be brought to the producer for resolution in a professional manner. Unresolved complaints shall be submitted in writing to Run 4 Love for resolution. Run 4 Love reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone and or membership including, but not limited to, contestant, family members, friends of contestants or otherwise, before during or after any said Run 4 Love event. Run 4 Love also reserves the right to revoke memberships if any behaviors that are inappropriate are exhibited that affect the quality of races for other members and/or Run 4 Love crew members. It is solely the producer s decision/discretion as to who is allowed to participate and/or attend any Run 4 Love event. While these events are public, Run 4 Love reserves the right as the business renting out any facilities that our events are housed in to dismiss any persons who show up to an event that are not providing a positive experience to Run 4 Love members and Run 4 Love crew members, participants or families. Any complaints must be addressed in writing to the producer and will be dealt with and responded to within 10 days in a professional and constructive manner. We at Run 4 Love want to thank all members and participating crew members in making this association a fun, positive experience for everyone who participates and attends. It is of upmost importance to us as producers that we keep our races a positive experience for all that are attending and thank everyone for understanding all rules
