Chromer Scraps On Rice.

A couple of frames and a belly from client-caught-salmon came home with me; threw them on the bbq with a honey bbq rub.

There is a surprising amount of meat that falls off the bones. Top the pulled meat with a little Yoshida sauce and garlic teriyaki. This is pretty gourmet for Red Bluff!!
