Just finished running 5 miles in a new pair of Hokas. I’m 190 lbs and 66 years old, so I was looking for maximum cushioning. These shoes felt like running on pillows. I didn’t feel the ruts in the asphalt. My joints felt better at the end. I plan to run for a bunch of years and the Hokas will help me get there.

for those of you that are newcomers to my site. I market Endurance. It is electrolytes in suspension, in Ionic form to give you a better workout. It is devoid of chemicals, sugars, preservatives ,and flavor enhancers. It is absorbed almost sub-lingually and gives you energy before, during and after your workout. I personally find I have move lung power to supply more oxygen. I run, cycle and swim, and my wife goes to an aerobic gym. We both feel the extra energy from Endurance. In this day of faster finish times and longer distances, if you haven't tried Endurance, you may never know how well you could've finished. From Bevnet magazine for March/ April. "Washington Attorney General Bob Ferguson filed a lawsuit in King County Superior Court in 2014 alleging that Living Essentials (5 hour Energy) made deceptive and/or unfair representations in it's marketing that 5-hour Energy claimed to provide energy and alertness, was superior to coffee, was recommended by doctors, and does not cause a crash in consumers. A trial was held in August 2016 and they have incurred a 4 Million settlement. The Court was struck by the fact that defendants presented no testimony from a single scientist actually involved in developing the contents of this product. "The maker's of 5-hour broke the law and now they are paying for it."

Ran the 5K Rook Run along the oceanfront. It was a beautiful day and the run was very crowded, it was very difficult to weave among the runners and walkers to get anywhere. A good time though.

I recently had to change the Nike running app on my phone to the NRC app, which is more a social app than just a runner's app. I've noticed that the mileage is different than it has been over the last 3 years. Does anyone use Nike, and if so R U experiencing inaccurate mileages?

just finished doing my 5 miles today. It puts me at 1270 miles for the year, although I couldn't run from june to December. I technically ran from my home in Jersey to my place in Palm City Fla. in 6 months. thank you ENDURANCE..
