ITS OFFICIAL! Starting tomorrow Wednesday 8/20/2025 we will be hosting an Indoor Sprint Triathlon Series at Lifetime Middletown/Red Bank. Format will be a 10 minute swim followed by a 30 minute ride and then a 5K or 20 minute run on the treadmill. Cost for the Series is $200.00 for the 4 weeks. The 4th week will be a “Race”. This is open to members and nonmembers. Start Time is 5am PROMPT. You are also more than welcome to come early and get some extra laps in the pool before hand. DM or Text for more info 973.886.9474
