16 years ago today!!! Pictured are the 1st 2 teams I had/coached for 13/14U girls and 9/10U girls. I was 25 years old, I grew up with these girls!

I made the decision 17 years ago that I needed more. After 5 years on the AAU circuit, I wanted to venture out on my own after coaching for a couple of other programs. Every organization I coached for was lacking something … whether it was the focus on the kids, focus on fundamentals, leading through discipline, playing favorites etc …

I had no idea who would show up for my tryouts. I had no idea who would buy into . These girls and their parents showed up, trusted me and the story began. I held my 1st tryouts February 18, 2010. 16 years later, thousands of kids trained/coached and we are still getting better.

The amount of love and support from my family & friends over the years helping me build this beauty is something I can’t put into words. I am grateful every single day that I get to wake up and make a difference by simply doing what I love.

Coach Teeigh , you have been on this journey with me for the last 14 years. To see the growth in us and our business is one of my greatest joys.

Thank you, thank you, thank you to all who have been a part of this journey, from friends and family to strangers who become family, past/present athletes and those to come we couldn’t do this without you. From Plainfield to Monroe to Edison to Morganville to South River to Scoth Plains to Bayonne to Old Bridge to Rumson to Red Bank. Fusion has been around!

We love what we do and only plan to grow bigger and stronger in the coming years.

Love your favorite basketball coach,
Coach Frost 💜🏀

Thank you thank you thank you!!!!! 🏀💜🏀💜

>>>SWIPE to see the growth of our out of state boys 🥲🙏🏽 🏀😎

Talk about LOYALTY!! 🤞🏽

Luke (first 4 slides), rising 10th grader, lives in California! He visits family at the jersey shore for a couple of weeks every summer and ALWAYS makes sure to get in a handful of lessons with Coach Teeigh while he’s here. His pics show 7th-10th grade progression 🤯

Maxwell (last 4 slides) started in our program at 4yrs old. His family moved to Arizona 2 years ago 😢 they make it a point to get some work in every summer for the very brief time that they are here visiting family. His progression pics show from 4th grade to a now rising 7th grader 🤯

They make sure to remind us every year that our program is truly a gem in this world and that the commitment that coach Teeigh and I have to EACH of our athletes is and will forever remain unmatched. We are so grateful and humbled by their continuous support and dedication to us! Until next summer fellas 👊🏽🏀
