Let’s here is for for hitting 100 classes with FLX FLO Pilates. Katie took her very first Pilates reformer class in June and has been going strong ever since! Witnessing her progress and commitment to herself over these past 7 months is an inspiration. 🤩

Katie works hard in and out of the studio. She is an NYC attorney which can be quite stressful, so Pilates has been the perfect way for her to reset her mind and body and create more balance in her life. ⚖️

On the reformer, you train joint alignment, core stability, and controlled range of motion, so your lifts become safer, stronger, and more efficient.
