💭 Truth: I’ve been posting in a LOT of widow groups lately. I’m really trying to share, connect, and build an audience for my new coaching focus—supporting widowed moms. I KNOW this is part of my purpose, but honestly? It’s heavy. Sitting in all that sadness, post after post, has been leaving me a little burnt out and kinda dragging me down.
But then I remembered… this is EXACTLY why I’m creating my own space for these same women! 🙌
I was never the type to just sit in the pain. Unfortunately, we’re all going to be given painful things in our lives to work through. But, I don’t believe any of us are meant to stay stuck in the “hard” forever. Whether it’s grief, loss, overwhelm, or just feeling like life knocked you down… we ALL deserve spaces that remind us we can rise, rebuild, and even thrive again. 🌱✨
