Whether guy or girl, strength training helps to increase athletic performance, increase muscle mass (which helps improve body composition (muscle takes up less space than fat), metabolic rate, and overall caloric burn โat restโ), scare off osteoporosis/osteopenia, in addition to reducing the likelihood of injury, I could go on forever.โฃ
