WHAT IS STROLLER STRIDES?
-Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do WITH their babies. It includes power walking/jogging and intervals of strength and body toning exercise using exercise tubing, your stroller, and the environment. Taught by certified fitness instructors with specialty training in the pre and post natal woman, it is a great workout for ANY level of exerciser. St

roller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to engage and entertain baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as Mom. WHAT IS THE "OUR VILLAGE" MOM'S PAGE?
- Each week we will host play dates, Moms' nights out, and other activities for both you and your family. You'll not only enjoy fun and playful activities with your child, but will help to build a tight community of like minded moms to share advice, tips, and most importantly laughter! We know there is tremendous power in moms coming together for a cause and this is why we support "Mom's With a Mission." This program is directed at helping better our community through organized activities focused on giving back to children, families, and the environment. So, come join us at one of our future play dates where our goal is to provide meaningful experiences for both mom and children. Our first event of June is Saturday 6/20 where we will have a FAMILY Strides 360 class! Bring your husbands, grandmas, grandpas, aunts, uncles, brothers and sisters!

After class, we will have a Father’s Day craft to do together 😊 make sure you sign up in the app for the class and/or the craft so we can make sure to have enough equipment and supplies!
