A little shout to this young lady. I've been training her since January and she been doing everything I've asked her to do. Last week she got her 100th hit and 2 homeruns. In the last 7 games she'd hit 5 homeruns. I told her when she started I'm gonna get you hitting homeruns every game. She's put in the work and she's starting to see the results. Congratulations Gianna.

Are your youth athletes having trouble completing a push up. Here is great alternative way to help build strength to do a push up. All you need is 2 kids and a ball, it cal any ball as long as you can roll it. The kids just have to hold a push up position and gentle roll the ball back and forth. Each pass they alternate arms. I suggest to do 20 passes 10 per arm. This will build the core strength and upper body muscles to improve push ups.

Great job by C**t. This is an extremely difficult movement. He's only moving 25 lbs but with 10 lbs offset it makes 10x harder. C**t is forced to slow down and control the weight on every rep. With having the offset weight he has to keep his core tight throughout the entire lift. We have been do more offset training with C**t.

WE hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving! It is with great sadness to announce that as of January 1st, 2023, Viper Fitness will no longer operate out of Spine and Wellness or any other location. With the rising costs of operation, its not financially sound for us to forward at this point. We want to thank each and every one of you for using and recommending us. We are extremely grateful for you all. Hopefully in the future we will be able to secure a new location that will help you meet all your fitness goals. We will continue to offer remote/online training programs and will be holding outdoor training classes once the weather allows. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to Coach Jason.

P.S. we will continue normal operation and classes till December 31st.

With holiday breaks coming up we don't want our athletes to forget to put in the extra work.
