The Healing Power of Breath The Healing Power of Breath offers yoga, restorative yoga, therapeutic breathwork and healing and empowerment group rituals.

Private yoga and breathwork classes are available by appointment. Family yoga, chair yoga, and yoga for children is also available Lisa Frank is the facilitator of all services on this page. Her website is healingpowerofbreath.com. Lisa received her 200 hour yoga certification from Shri Yoga in 2012 as an anusara yoga teacher. She received her Svaroopa Foundations Yoga certification in 2022. Lisa

teaches at The Nest Collaborative in West Reading and from her home. She is also willing to bring yoga and breathwork to you. Classes are offered to individuals or groups, including family yoga and corporate yoga. Lisa tailors classes to all ages and abilities. Lisa completed her Level 2 Therapeutic Breathwork training with Jim Morningstar in September 2020. She also studied breathwork with Clarity Breathwork in Costa Rica in July of 2019 and attended the Global Inspirational Conference of Breathworkers in Joshua Tree California in August of 2019. Lisa is currently working on her breathwork practicum certification with Jim Morningstar through Transformations Incorporated and will attend the Global Inpirational Conference of International Breathworkers in Landshut, Germany this August 2022. Lisa has practiced her own healing and empowerment with the support of her monthly Divine Feminine group for over 20 years. She is excited to share some of what she has learned from these powerful women with you. Over the last 25 years, Lisa was a kindergarten and first grade teacher for the Wilson School District. She recently retired from this position in June of 2020. Lisa now looks forward to nurturing the inner child in YOU.
