Let’s Dance! Boys are welcome in all of our classes, and did you know? We have two classes just for boys! Join us Mondays at 4:30 for boys ballet and stay at 5:30 for boys hip-hop! Dance offers boys powerful physical, mental, and social advantages that support overall growth and athletic performance. Yes! In addition to physical strength and agility, dance can help build muscle and bone, increase strength and endurance, improve coordination, enhance balance, flexibility, and spatial awareness. All of which helps with other sports like football or martial arts.

Self confidence, correct posture, mental focus, concentration, release energy… we could go on and on… join us for a trial class and see for yourself! Drop in on a Monday and check us out!
