Today, I had the honor of sharing my story at church. It was one of the most difficult and emotional things I’ve ever done, but I made it through.

I spoke about how, for most of my life, all I had ever known was pain. Pain and Depression shaped me . I shared how my struggles with mental health and addiction nearly took my life, and how God redeemed me. My soul was tired, left on empty and had nothing left but today I live with God in my heart, and I’m never looking back.

I’m far from perfect, and I don’t pretend to be. But today, my heart is filled with love. When I love .. I love with all of me and I’ll move mountains for the people I love. My loyalty runs deep, my heart is genuine and proven to my love and faith . Life continues to disappoint me, test my strength, and try to pull me back toward the path of pain. But I’m a fighter, and I will never give up on becoming the man God created me to be.

I’m not always easy to love, but I’m so worth loving

As many of you know, I was baptized a couple of weeks ago.

I chose to leave behind the weight of my past, my mistakes, my fears, my pain, my burdens, and step forward into a new life with God at the center of my heart.

If my story can help even one person who feels lost, broken, addicted, or hopeless - believe that healing is possible and every battle I fought had a purpose.

This is the beginning of the life God always intended for me.

All glory belongs to Him.

This is not the end of my story. It’s the beginning of a new one.

We can’t take back time . We are all on borrowed time and I’m making the best of it .

My soul is tired but my faith breathed life into me. 🦁🙏🏽

Some memories stay with you forever, and this trip with my son is one I’ll carry for the rest of my life. I needed a much needed mental health break, and this time together gave me exactly that.

Watching him laugh, smile, and experience new things reminded me what life is really about. We laughed nonstop—especially when Dad completely panicked after a curious manatee decided to swim right up to my face. When all you’ve got to catch your breath is a snorkel, it’s a different kind of adrenaline!

One of my favorite parts of every day was hitting the gym together. Sharing the weights with my son wasn’t just about building strength—it was about building memories. Those moments meant more to me than I can put into words.

We ate like Kings.

One memory I’ll always smile about was sharing fresh Maine lobster with him for the first time. I had it shipped all the way from Maine to Florida just so we could enjoy it together. Seeing him experience it made it even more special.

From roller coasters and water slides to golfing, movies, the zoo , dinner dates, and exploring together, every day gave us another memory I’ll never forget.

The greatest blessing God has ever given me was making me a dad. It isn’t a role I take lightly, and I’m doing my very best every single day. I’m far from perfect, but when I love, I love with all of me. My son will always know he’s loved beyond words, and every moment we spend together means everything to me.

Life gets busy, and sometimes we forget to slow down. This trip was a reminder that the greatest investment we can make isn’t in work—it’s in the people we love.

I’ll miss him more than he knows, but it’s time to head home to Koda-Bear , Khaleesi, work, and life. As much as I wish this trip could last forever, I’m grateful for every second we shared.

These are the moments that remind me what truly matters. I’ll treasure this trip—and these memories with my son—for the rest of my life.

Until the next adventure, buddy. I love you more than words can ever express. 🦁🧡

I’m off social media for a much needed break but wanted to share a special moment today

This wasn’t just a baptism—it was a new beginning .

I chose to leave behind the weight of my past, my mistakes, my fears, and my burdens, and step forward into a new life with God at the center of my heart.

The water symbolizes more than a moment. It represents being made new. A fresh start. A renewed purpose. A reminder that no matter where you’ve been or what you’ve done, God’s grace is always greater.

I know this journey won’t be perfect, but I also know I won’t have to walk it alone. My faith is stronger, my heart is open, and my eyes are fixed on the path God has prepared for me.

Thank you to everyone who has prayed for me, encouraged me, and stood beside me. This is the beginning of a new chapter—one built on faith, hope, and purpose.

A moment I’ll carry with me for the rest of my life.

Today, my son and I hit the weights together for the very first time.

As a father, moments like these aren’t measured in reps or pounds—they’re measured in memories. This is one I’ll never forget.

I’m teaching him that strength isn’t about ego. It’s about discipline. It’s about self-respect. It’s about loving yourself enough to take care of your mind, your body, and your soul. The strongest people don’t need to prove anything—they simply show up every day and do the work.

For a long time, I forgot what self-love looked like. I poured everything into everyone else and lost a piece of myself along the way. But over this last month, I’ve found it again.

I’ve fallen back in love with the gym.

I’ve stayed consistent, training six days a week, and I’ve already put on 12 pounds of muscle. This isn’t about looking good—it’s about becoming the strongest version of myself, physically, mentally, and spiritually.

And now I get to bring my son along for the journey.

These are the moments that matter. These are the moments he’ll remember. And years from now, I hope he doesn’t just remember lifting weights with his dad—I hope he remembers the lessons that came with them.
