How is it ok to-
Conceal an Equine Piroplasmosis Positive IFAT and cElisa test result and not report this to a buyer???
Results on Nov 26 with horse to fly on Dec 9? This blood test was NEVER given to Anita and she found out from the transport company!
Call actual owner( after deceptive impression YOU are the owner of the horse by saying to her the “horse was understandably costly to get”.
Then perpetuating more blood tests on the horse after concealing the first -which in the opinion of the USDA SME is infected and even “if receiving treatment is successful it usually takes months or up to a year before the horses previous antibody titers drop low enough into the negative range to attempt importation”.
How is it that an “expert” in selling horses to the U.S. this first and concealed double positive result?the result should have been sent with an apology and immediate full refund!
Instead Anita has had to engage lawyers in the UK! Your so called “agreement” she didn’t sign was to cover your behind, lie, and have her pay for all these extra tests.
She owes nothing to the transport. YOU are a liar!
And I have know Anita longer than you have likely been on this earth.
No one is as honest as she is about horses or as caring for her horses.
No one will ever believe SHE as the buyer cheated YOU!
