As another Grace Tournament comes to a close, my heart is incredibly full.

There are so many people who pour their time, energy, talents, and love into making this tournament possible, and there is simply no way it could happen without all of you.

Thank you to our school for allowing us to host something that means so much to so many. Thank you to our kitchen staff, janitorial staff, principal, athletic director, bookkeepers, libero trackers and everyone behind the scenes who helps make sure things run smoothly.

Thank you to every parent who worked the food stand, cooked, baked, donated, cleaned, carried, served, organized, and stepped in wherever something needed to be done. I am so grateful. You are setting a great example for your daughters.

Thank you to every team that continues to come back, play late into Friday night, and help us carry on this birthday-week tradition. You could choose to spend your weekend anywhere, and the fact that you choose to spend it with us, honoring Grace, means more than you probably realize.

A special thank you to Emily and Megan for the countless hours they put into gathering sponsors and helping make this tournament what it is. So much of what people see this weekend is possible because of the work that happens long before the first serve.

Thank you to Litchfield for co-hosting. Shout out to their new AD Joe Webb who did an outstanding job sending scores.

And most importantly, thank you to Kyle and Mary.

Thank you for sharing Grace with all of us.

Thank you for trusting us with her name, her story, and her memory. Thank you for allowing this tournament to continue to be a place where Grace is celebrated, remembered, talked about, and loved.

Because of you, we get to keep living through Grace.

What started as a tournament has become a tradition, a family, a birthday celebration, and a reminder to all of us to love bigger, give more, and never take for granted the opportunity to do the things we are blessed to do.

Thank you to everyone who continues to help us make sure Grace is never forgotten.

Until next year, we will keep playing.
We will keep remembering.
And we will keep living through Grace. 💜
